Who We Are

Service Restoration Pros is a locally owned and operated disaster restoration company based in Panama City, Florida. Founded by Rusty English, we specialize in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, crawl space cleaning and encapsulation, and air duct cleaning for residential and commercial properties across the Florida Panhandle.

Built in the Wake of Hurricane Michael

When Hurricane Michael made landfall as a Category 5 storm in October 2018, it devastated Panama City, Mexico Beach, and communities across Bay County. Tens of thousands of homes and businesses sustained catastrophic wind and water damage. Every project we take on generates Xactimate-format documentation — the industry-standard estimating software used by insurance adjusters nationwide. We work directly with all major insurance carriers including State Farm, Citizens Property Insurance, USAA, Allstate, American Integrity, Heritage Insurance, Universal Property, and NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) flood policies. We bill the carrier directly — the homeowner typically pays only their deductible. We also handle supplemental claims when the original estimate doesn't cover the full scope of work discovered during restoration.
